.$125K is about half of median price in Austin, so I guess it is bit low.I myself only focus on the south part of Austin, as it is more close to airport and has less traffic to downtown.

It is located in a Plainfield, IN which is a suburb of Indianapolis with a great school district, growing population, quick access to the airport and downtown, and is located near large shopping plaza.

The third week of each month the meeting is at the Marriott Hotel by the PTI airport at 7pm.  

After the comps I still felt the comps where high so I asked another realtor but they provided me with different comp range from 190k-200k, so I still decided to do more research I went to city hall in Elizabeth to get a list of all the foreclosure and autions taking place it seems to be true because nothing is being sold this low in Elizabeth.The cheapes price I've seen is 78k for a foreclosure and this already sold, I know this is an awesome deal especially because the location of the property it's in a quite street 10 minutes away from the airport and 5 minutes away from transportation and a major school is a block away, the city is also developing a new park and building literally down the street and the property is on a one way so it quite day and night all homeowners in the area.

Also, I'd like to take advantage of the fact that we are only 3 miles from a major airport.

An interesting chain of events may put me in position to develop the only on-airport hotel at a U.S. international airport without going through the airport management's RFP process.

My family have two duplexes next door to each other (3 3/1 and 1 is 3/2.) near Chippewa Valley Regional Airport in Eau Claire and would be open to offers.

In other words, it helps you to recognize when a market is poised for strong growth (for example, big company moving in, large airport being built, etc) or for strong contraction (for example, major employment industry in the market dying). 

Specifically, Illinois has a huge talent pool of highly skilled workers, world-class universities, more money for investment, and better transportation with an airport with direct connections around the globe.
