I'm at the point of putting in an add on Craig's List - which actually might not be a bad idea at this point.  

Unless I can stop the heating system replacement soon, that's going to continue, and the AC will be an add on, if I do it.In St.

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.

I'm on Buildium, using Stessa as an add-on to give my owners and I a better understanding of the total performance of their assets.

In CA, an add-on $5m umbrella can be purchased for about $500-600.

At the end of the project that garage can be a nice add on for $250 to a units rent.

Then on top of that depending on the area water quality might not be that good and you have to look into water filtration systems to add on to the system.
