I'll be giving a presentation on using Custom Fields -> Custom Reports -> Custom Screenviews:)
But... we'd like to see several more changes.
@Josh Hickman while we'd also like to see changes on the PW Owner Portal, it is one of the more flexible programs on the market. Your PMC may not be utilizing or making available ALL the options.
