AIR BNB Cleaning and Management Services

Does anyone know of a good AIR BNB cleaning only or management service that can handle cleaning and inquiries?  I've looked at the options so far online and found rates around 50 - 75/cleaning!  This wouldn't make any sense for us considering we rent out at 50-90/night and only charge a $5 cleaning fee.  Any referrals that won't eat at our bottom line profits?  I'm looking specifically in Culver City, near Los Angeles, CA.  I am thinking that what I might need is one person to do all of the cleanings versus a cleaning service.  We generally have 20 or so cleanings a month. Thoughts?
