I bought this vintage world map wallpaper mural for $ 85 on Amazon.

Lately, I've developed a hankering for a 1927-vintage Model T Ford.

This can happen in the owner inflated rents and gives concessions on multifamily property or an area has changed and rents are trending downward due to short sales or foreclosures etc.I also see this on retail commercial where a stated cash flow is 18 per sq ft average but the lease are vintage from 5 years ago and now market is 14 sq ft.

I'd consider Pittsburgh a hidden gem where you can get in at great prices.A family member of mine just bought outside of Pittsburgh for less than $20k cash and renting for $650/month.

There are 2 full baths and one half bath in a split basement...the 2 full baths have good quality vintage tile that would be cool to keep and cast iron tubs that I love and definitely want to keep they do need to be reglazed(I'd just buy something similar if I was going to replace them anyway).

This neighborhood is truly one of those hidden gems scattered around Washington DC and is destined for growth.
