Pittsburg (PA)

I keep hearing good things about Pittsburg.  But it doesn't seem to have the flash factor of a lot of other major cities.  I consider this a good thing.  Do we have anyone with experience investing there?  And contacts with brokers there?

Are there any local tidbit someone should know about the city if they want to invest there?  What are the up and coming neighborhoods?
