I am an Army Veteran.

The only reason I was able to do this was because I knew how to buy them cheap enough.In my opinion, land is just as awesome (and profitable) as flipping houses, but WITHOUT all of the work and headaches that come with flipping houses.Buying land at tax sales is one way to go, but I've found it to be much more difficult that way - because usually, you have to deal with an army of competition.
