But I wanted to mention the book Zillow Talk.Whether you love or hate the Zillow app/website, this is a fascinating book (and a very quick read) that would be right down your alley - it's basically about Zillow's mission of making this data accessible to the public and it goes into detail on some of the quirks of the real estate market they've been able to identify and study through data mining.

Our Mission Statement is as follows:REI3 Mastermind Group was created as a place to join and collaborate with other investment minded entrepreneurs, leaders, and or any other similar niche.

I was using my marketing software to purchase lots of discounted properties instead of really figuring out how to truly help the sellers.Lesson Learned: I learned the hard way that your mission statement shouldn’t be a plack on the wall, it should be the blood that moves your company.
