As an entrepreneur, the scariest feeling is the fear of not knowing, or not knowing enough.

So I have a bit of experience managing properties but need help with transitioning to being a business owner/entrepreneur.

But over time, loan balances went down, values went up, and suddenly there’s a half a million in equity sitting on the table.Although a similar opportunity exists for small businesses, fewer entrepreneurs take that leap.

I think I got them crossed on a Chicago thread   Either way these laws should be fought because we should be promoting private property rights and freedom for investors and entrepreneurs for everyone to propser!
