Looking for Real Estate Entrepreneur 101 Resources

So I have a bit of experience managing properties but need help with transitioning to being a business owner/entrepreneur. How do I get started with legal aspects (forming an LLC, etc.), coming up with a seed capital strategy, analyzing a market (i.e. looking at the MLS, etc.). Looking for a good crash course - what resources are out there?
