Other competitors are businesses like HouseBuyerNetwork.com and ZBuyer.com.You'll find there are 2 kinds - exclusive leads which only you get and cost maybe $100 each, and non-exclusive leads which are sold to multiple investors at a fraction of the cost, but also a fraction of the value.

If a deal doesn't pass and falls through, thier buyer is back out looking, depending on thier agreement, it can expire and the Realtor may see you as a possible competitor.

I strongly suggest the following:Complete your profile and upload a face pix such that you'd be recognizable in person.You are asking some pretty granular questions for a site populated by 80-90%+ starters.This being said, what you are describing are offline>online>offline strategies.Sending highly targeted direct response mail pieces, even PURL (personalized URL's) now has the challenge of keeping the prospect engaged during conversion and the high possibility of them beginning to search other site of competitors, now that you got them to go online.
