I am NEW to "real estate investing", and new in Bigger Pockets.But I have read a lot of real estate investing books, that "to me", ALL sounded shady AF.From Robert Kawasaki, Carlton Sheets, Ed Beckley, Dave DelDoto, a couple of the reality tv flippers, that Asian guy that went from dishwasher to "do-ing" top models on rented mini-yachs, and a few others.  

It sounds a little crazy, but we set up our master bed & bath suite with a coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster oven and microwave for those short term stays.

Can refi an existing mortgage to a shorter term "Mini Mortgage."
