@Gaemer Gutierrez some do, some don’t, and some do it but inconsistently.The ones I’ve worked with have generally either included them automatically with monthly reports, or uploaded them to their management portal where you can access/download them as needed.I don’t think it’s unreasonable for you to ask to get (or be able to access) copies of the vendor invoices either on an ad hoc basis or ongoing.

Borrower shall occupy, establish, and use the Property as Borrower's principal residence within 60 days after the execution of this Security Instrument and shall continue to occupy the Property as Borrower's principal residence for at least one year after the date of occupancy, unless Lender otherwise agrees in writing, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, or unless extenuating circumstances exist which are beyond Borrower's control.I'm not sure what they use in Texas, but I imagine your loan documents would have a similar clause.

In the past when I bumped into a property that had problems like that and the seller was rather unreasonable, making the problem public knowledge in different ways would kill a deal.

In addition, then you have a time, date, stamp of how many times you’ve had to address and frequency.It’s very easy to get yearly print out and if heating costs have increased it is not unreasonable for you to expect more in renewal increase- if renewing is an option.

I have never ordered a sign .. so don't know but does not seem to unreasonable unless they promised you 3 day delivery or something.hopefully they did not just pocket your money and go dark.

Tenants are allowed, however, to present a list within x days of moving in (I think it's 10) showing what they have found as it's unreasonable to assume they'll see every little thing wrong within minutes of taking possession.

Your local real estate statutes or landlord tenant handbook should clarify your responsibilities, but removing wildlife from the inside of the building is not an unreasonable request, and squirrels will do plenty of damage to wiring and other building components.
