Does anyone know how to get the smell of cat urine and feces out of a house?

Since she may win this battle but you will win the war since she will have to have this judgement on her record for the damage she made to the property on her credit report and you can at least get back the 1500 from her (half what you spent).

Would it still smell if I did that? 

It will be a constant battle but a battle that I know will have a greener pasture on the other side.

The sons were living in it and abandoned it after a drug battle... it’s been abandoned/vacant for 2 yrs (probably more).

Follow the official process to the tee; do what you can to persuade the tax appeal board to go against the assessor; it is an uphill battle in my experience even if you have the facts on your side.

I battle with this too.

I have no “firm” evidence of is happening but the smell is very apparent.
