It didn't take away my desire, but fear and getting caught up in life allowed it to go to the back burner.I am in aviation and I do travel for about 3 days a week and I am ready to redirect my life path at this point.

Their idea of a good investment doesn't coincide with mine, but you can often find someone who have actualy been there and looked in person.As a plus, it is an English language site.

I found more gentlemen and I hope we can pursue the REI like them.I am not good at organize people together or meeting or like this, especially English is my second language.

@Steve Vaughan  another SV brilliant post.. that's why I don't pay cash for my cars anymore I used to .. with 2% or less money out there.. and I am going to drive them one way or the other.Same with airplane.. less than 5% money fixed for 20 years and UBER write offs.. no sense paying cash for those.. this is why you have a private aviation and jet industry to begin with.. and heavy equipment for that matter.. you can buy a multi million dollar plane with 5 to 10% down and fixed for 20 years .. with moderate qualifications..

I've recently became a commercially rated pilot and am currently working in the aviation field while I pursue my flight instructor rating.

@corby Goade sorry if I didn’t really make myself too clear , moving out of nyc is not an option , my parents don’t speak English and don’t drive , living outside of nyc is pretty much impossible for my family , also 20k I make on the books , I make another 20k a year on tips .
