Selling property without RE Agent
Quick question...I am selling my investment property FSBO. I need to provide the buyers with a South Carolina purchase & sale agreement in order for them to submit an offer? I have had a few showings with buyers agents and few people without agents. I would assume I only need to provide this document to buyers without agents? Please advise. If anyone has a sample SC purchase & sale agreement that would be great too!

@Jayson Hinkson, you didn't ask, but I'm going to throw in some other advice. I get not using an agent to save on the commission, but please protect yourself and your buyer and have an attorney review the contract to make sure it is correctly filled out.
I'm an agent, and every time they change our state contract, I take an 8-hour class to understand the proper way to fill it out. Words that are commonly used in the English language suddenly have different meanings in Legalese. An attorney is worth the cost.
