What's most interesting about this is the place we live here in Canada as of tomorrow will literally be the coldest place on Earth with wind chill nearing almost -50 degrees (not joking... see screenshot below).

I spent my day yesterday going around checking on many of my properties as we are having a cold snap here in Chicago with Wind Chill warnings for today.

It has been bone chillingly cold and snowy here though and things tend to completely shut down around here when the S word (snow) is thrown around.

Things I will hold off on is new flooring especially if I have a good belief that the tenant will wreck it again anyway. it is 16 degree below zero currently in my town about 40 below with wind chill.

The problem is simple - License is completely and utterly useless to me in my business,Why does anyone need a realtor?
