I was an investor a long time before I became a realtor, and I grind my teeth every time I pay my dues.  I've written about this several times on the blog.  The problem is simple - License is completely and utterly useless to me in my business,

Why does anyone need a realtor? Do you use one? Aside for MLS, what is the value to you?
