Concrete inspector, cold weather pouring: Colorado Springs

Hello, guys and gals I need a recomendation.

Currently have a build in progress and the contractor is stuck on deadlines and pouring a basement and garage floor tomorrow even with the extreme cold temperatures in forecast. They stated they will use blankets but won't be enough with these temps coming to Colorado.

Anyways I'm looking for a concrete inspector, any suggestions?

Thanks,

Ryan
