Snacks are a waste of money/time/energy and you risk visitors making a mess in the home. 

It's like jumping into a declining stock because that 15% div. looks mighty tasty.

They are tasty treats.

Drop off some Panera bread pastries…we underestimate how much $20 worth of tasty treats will get you past a gatekeeper and you might get some serious facetime with a Tampa official who has a plethora of information and authority into permitting, zoning etc.Dumpster driving - Drive around on weekday afternoons and if you see a dumpster and construction crew working on a house see if you can find the lead or foreman on the job and introduce yourself and exchange business cards… you you be building your brand and your network of trades to provide for your investor clients.

Before a presentation started, during lunch or snacks, and then after hours.I'm an introvert, so I had to force myself to make conversation, but it was well worth it.

One thing that I've tried is stocking my fridge with Gatorade, water and some snacks.

Ice, drinks, alcohol, snacks, propane, etc.Really sounds like a fun project. 

Cramped quarters mean sustained acquaintance with colleagues’ habits, moods, smells, and snacks.

But I know you are in tech and know how hard all companies including them got snacked down.

If I pay that kind of money, I want to see it in the room even if I am not going to use it.Stock the pantries with non-persihable items like coke cans, snacks etc.
