What’s your budget on open house events?

Hello bp fam! I’m a new agent in San Antonio, TX and I’m looking to hold open house events to start prospecting. I was curious how much do you budget for an open house? Any tips and tricks are very much appreciated. Thank you.

Budget can be low.  The cost will be more so in time.   Door knocking neighboring homes for example is great way to invite neighbors, build conversation and find out who else in the neighborhood is considering selling.  Once the property sells going back to all those neighbors with "just sold price" is very warm and engaging.
