Helpful Tips For Being An Investor-Friendly Agent

Hey guys, I’m pretty new to this platform and my goal is to become the preferred investor-friendly agent in my area. I’ve already done a ton of research on this subject using BP forums and blogs, as well as my own research on general investment knowledge.

But I’d like to get more insight from current investors in the biz now. Besides the ability to generate cash flow, what other areas of value/characteristics are you looking for in an agent?

Hi @Mercedes Anthony surround yourself with people doing what you want to do and make sure there is always someone in front of you that you are constantly pushing towards, not in a competitive way but in a way that challenges you to grow.  For example I am part of a group of investor friendly realtors on a national level so I connect with the agents running a business the way I want to run mine and repeat what they are doing.
