I was fortunate enough to get a bit of a severance, so i wanted to make some lemonade out of all this free time on the horizon.

I would presume the climate would be similar in these areas as compared to Fishtown/Northern Liberties in regards to oversaturation.Do you feel the areas towards Strawberry Mansion towards Kelly Drive are making a turn around at all?

I personally would have to see a lot of "social proof" for something this before I'd devote any money to it as a subscriber, but I think through some on-point marketing and a strong UX/UI (think Lemonade Insurance's user interface) it would be a great business stream with lots of front-end and back-end revenue potential.I think BP would be a killer spot to promo something like this, as something with a engaging UI and that has your coaching mind poured into it would be a great tool for any beginner or "stuck" investor looking to take steps.

It was from Lemonade, but im waiting to hear from from an All State Agent * Budget for management (10%), even if you plan to self-manage in the beginning - I will be self managing but will run to be conservative* How much shopping have you done for the loan?

I dont have enough equity on my house to make it worth anything, unless I was to buy a lemonade stand.Any advice is appreciated.
