Greetings to the BP community!

I'm super new to wide world of real estate, but incredibly excited to dive in and learn.  My background is in IT by trade as a system admin, but life has decided to hand me a bunch of lemons in the form of being gainfully unemployed soon. I was fortunate enough to get a bit of a severance, so i wanted to make some lemonade out of all this free time on the horizon. 

I by chance ended up falling down a series of rabbit holes that led me to look into real estate as a possible way to improve my situation, and then i discovered this place - and it has been awesome to discover such a fantastic community of people networking, being helpful, supporting, and sharing so SO very much information!  

Wholesaling looks like one of the areas that appeals to me the most so far to get my feet wet, but i'm primarily trying to read, watch, listen, and learn as much as i can from the wealth of knowledge and experience the folks here possess.
