If there were a tech product to tell you where to start...
Last night, I had a friend approach me and wanted to help me turn my real estate insight and coaching into a tech product that would help new AND growing investors determine what type of investing they would be most successful at. After looking into the cost of the coding I have to ask, would new and growing real estate investors pay a small fee to use such a product and how much. I'd much rather upload my coaching into a product to share much more affordably than the hourly rate I charge. SO, does this appeal to anyone?
