@Russell NaylorYou'll want to look into a couple of things...The Veterans Administration has a supportive housing initiative to promote housing veterans near where they get treatment for injuries and psychological disorders as a result of their service, or near public transit which can help them get to their sources of treatment.

Just over 9% of the population have a diagnosible personality disorder and many more, while not disordered to the point of a diagnosis, are just "difficult" people-- they have "entitlement issues" they will always be disappointed because no one ever gives them the respect they think they are due.
