Really been loving the wisdom and networking here.I have a Lease with Option to buy for 5 years...in the 2nd year now...have a tenant in the property that has paid on time for 2 years like clockwork.Bought it from a soldier who now wants to get out of his VA...Tenant does not qualify traditionally for a mortgage. 

A lot of my soldiers and me included did the same and still am contributing to my TSP.

There is a less than zero chance any action would be brought against an active duty soldier with TDY and CS orders. 

I am an Active Duty Soldier in the US Army, and due to the nature of military I have to relocate every 3 years or so.

Being in a military town, there are a few soldiers who enjoy the benefit of the VA loan.

I'm dealing with Soldiers and families now in California where we just had the fires. 

Recently, I have enlisted as a Soldier in the Indiana National Guard.

I am passing it on to some of my young Soldiers as I can.
