New member from Hawaii.. Kapolei, Oahu
Good morning, it's nice to be a part of this community. I wish I had known about BiggerPockets before my first purchase. My name is Han and I am from Wisconsin currently living in Hawaii. I am an Active Duty Soldier in the US Army, and due to the nature of military I have to relocate every 3 years or so. I am still young in the military career so my goal is to buy a property every place the Army sends me.
I have purchased a townhouse in Kapolei, Hawaii last December without knowing much about real estate, and now I have came down on orders to move to San Antonio, Texas. I wanted to be educated in real estate as much as possible before we look for a house to purchase in San Antonio area and that's when I found out about BiggerPockets.
Hope I could find answers about what to do with my first purchase in Hawaii and make the right move to Texas.
It's good to be a part of the community again.

San Antonio is a great market and I'm sure that you can find a great place to house hack. Which I think would be the best thing to do in your scenario!
