Question- do I keep the heloc I have and just pay it down or do I get a heloc on the rental property to pay off current heloc and go forward with another property?

Been a lot of work and Lot of exposure financially I borrowed about 50 million to pull this off..

But in my experience, you would be better off spending that same amount of time/hustle working a second part-time job with guaranteed income, then investing in buy-and-hold properties. 

Bunch of realtors come on a spout off that their clients cash flow from day 1 all the time.

Any other fees such as close out fees or payoff demands are paid out on the back end when your loan is refinanced or paid off.

Everything was progressing smoothly until I met the appraiser to provide access to the property.Right away, I sensed something was off.

There are good relations with the neighbor so this likely wouldn't be terribly difficult to pull off, but I haven't ever developed a property from scratch so I would definitely like the opportunity to partner with someone on this to help ensure the success but first I want to finish the smaller property to have sufficient funding available if it is needed.

However will I be biting off more than I chew with this one?
