Initially my thought process was having them fill out an application through Zillow before touring the property, but I could see how that can turn people off to come to the showing.

The applicant was initially upset and claimed no other reports has previously caught flagged this.

The main reason is that it is not initially set up for a Real Estate business like other “real estate-specific” accounting software.

It seems there’s a common misconception largely influenced by social media, online courses, and influencers who oversimplify the process that real estate is an easy, passive way to generate income with minimal effort.

The business itself is generating 20-40k per month.
