A house that has settled into it's foundation over time is all kinds of twisted fun. trying to straighten it out on a nice new foundation will break more stuff. once you decide to expose framing which you'll likely have to do at least partially you'll also have to bring it up to code with fire blocking and headers and such, and that's just the framing.

We used to be able to get the URL ("permalink") for any specific post in a thread by hovering over a somewhat hidden area in the post header within the thread, then right-click to save the link.

Most of the skip tracing tools pull from credit-header data, and emails are not located on a credit report.

Not only does this look like a bluff... what you are describing matches similar phishing emails I routinely get from hackers (Russian hackers) telling me that I need to click the link to clean my account or reset my password.This is the kind of notice that is served in a letter, with a signature... not a header-less email with a deadline in 1.5 weeks.Someone probably got the "bright idea" to hire a some random VA in the Philippines for $2/hour asking them to email a database of property owners that blanket message in the hopes that someone will just reply back, cough up the money our of fear and.... voila!

The minute it hits the thief's account they then move the money so no reversing it.. this is why closing companies have HUGE disclosures on each of their e mail headers or footers... its real it happens daily and its sad for those that get victimized
