You can make minor adjustments based on the type of appliances (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, etc.) and the size of the rental.

So, you need to be prepared.Potential expenses to consider:Food, shelter, taxes, income taxes, fees, insurance, health insurance, medical emergencies, family, auto payments, auto insurance, utilities, cell phone, Internet, clothes, and pet care (if you have one).

Personally, I like the all-in-one units but they are expensive and poorly suited for larger units where it will take forever to get a load of laundry done (since you can't move the clothes from the washer to the dryer).

It is often a thankless job, your clients want you to do more for less and the guests often need a lot of babying. 

This laundromat’s washing machines cost more than I thought, but the time of washing the clothes was fast: 22-27 minutes.

Either way, I could be wrong but I don't think marital status is a protected class, maybe is in your state or local laws, and I think familial status protection is if denial is based on not accepting someone with a child or expecting a baby. 

I other option but to make it work and there is no more a dangerous thing in this world than a mama trying to take care of her babies with nothing to lose so please help any direction is appreciated I don’t want a hand out I want an opportunity to show what I can do
