@Joe Splitrock one of my partners in one of my land deals.. does just this he works for a company that does analytical for servicers and lenders to stress test their portfolios so they can predict their defaults.. this is done by credit  zip codes  and income or jobs..

And combine it with hard landlord analytics - like job history, credit scores, landlord verification, etc..Evictions are very expensive.

Looking to run internal analytics on my portfolio and have found both of these softwares.

I'm in Purchasing by 9-5 profession, so the analytical side of the business has come fairly naturally to me and I've been assessing MLS deals daily for the last month or so.

So cool.As an investor, you'll want to tap into your cold, analytical, numbers side. 

They also require more transparent accounting, more in-depth analytics and an overall more sophisticated team than the average syndicator on BP.Hence, you won't mind many takers here.

I also love analytics, the truth is always in the numbers, and I love the endless strategies and systems RE investors have derived to be successful.  

When you are trying to find someone, look for an analytical mindset, we went through 2-3 that didn’t know how to use the data they pulled.
