Advice for buying the place I'm currently renting
Attention Creative Investors!
I am a first time poster and would like some advice, I am currently renting a condo and I want to jump into real estate investing. I had the idea to ask my landlord if he would consider selling it to me, so I can live it for about a year and then rent it out. There is one problem, the only way this deal makes sense for me is if I buy it for under 85K, but he currently has a mortgage for 125K. He said he is open to ideas, so I am wondering if anyone has any advice as to how I can make this work.
