Bienes Raices Tiles debonding--replace all or just some?

On the shower wall there are about 15 or 20 4X4 tiles that have a hollow sound when you knock on them, so I know those need to be replaced (water seeped in from the window sill above the tiles).Is there a way of telling how many other adjacent tiles need to be replaced?

Unless your concrete it dead flat you will have hollows under the laminate glued down or not so you would still get sound.
