Well, this has been covered at least 50 times in the forums, so you need to use the search function and read related threads.Andrew's post isn't wrong, rather vague, but you are not very likely to get much of a reception from a listing agent for several reasons. 1. you're mission is to buy as low as you can, the Realtor's job is to sell as high as they can.
