Hi Everyone, My Name is Nathan and I am a recent college graduate living in Huntington Beach, CA. I am currently working for a builder in Newport Beach / Laguna Beach CA in budgeting / job cost analysis. When I first started my job I would make the commute from LA to OC every day and the Bigger Pockets podcast was what made the commute bearable. I love the podcast and the incredible amount of information available on the BP forum. I want to slowly build up a real estate portfolio consisting of Flips, Rentals and full builds. I will be taking the CA RE Broker exam at the end of this month to expand my knowledge on buying/selling real estate in my area. I plan on being pretty active on this forum and can’t wait to talk about real estate investing with all of you!
