I bought a piece of land for my church.

Even though you are in a small town, you need to market to local businesses, churches, chambers etc.  

We go to church on the upper westside and are primarily looking for properties in Bolton Road area, Smyrna, and Marietta.

My inspiration is the success my father had in Real Estate, considering he came from absolutely nothing and risking it all coming to America (literally lived in a room he shared with my uncle that they rented from a friend they made through a church in Los Angeles, CA).

Also, what do you think of section 8 housing in Virginia (Falls Church area)?

I do it more because I see their need.If I do not hear from anyone, I will contact some churches and community services to host them... however, I thought there is such a need of house sitters in tough areas that are willing to live in any condition and are going to protect your house, that it might be a win win win for someone from BP to catch this house sitter
