house sitter
All,
I have a house sitter on a renovation I am almost finished with.
House sitter has done a good job and has also done some work... However he has not many options to live in other places... I would hate to see him (and his wife + baby) go to a homeless shelter.
If you are in need of a house sitter and would like also some minor labor with it, please PM me... you would do a good act for a family. I pay them $20/day... but I do not think you have to... I do it more because I see their need.
If I do not hear from anyone, I will contact some churches and community services to host them... however, I thought there is such a need of house sitters in tough areas that are willing to live in any condition and are going to protect your house, that it might be a win win win for someone from BP to catch this house sitter
