This quote says a lot about me. First let me begin by saying I am new to the world of real estate and have been learning so much this entire month. I stay up late and wake up early to make time to learn.  My inspiration is the success my father had in Real Estate, considering he came from absolutely nothing and risking it all coming to America (literally lived in a room he shared with my uncle that they rented from a friend they made through a church in Los Angeles, CA). My motivation is my own children (2 beautiful babygirls) and my wife. These together bring me the fire I need to take action and seek the path leading to financial freedom.

I am a young and ambitious but my pitfall is that I am a newbie investor. My interests are creative investing, BRRR, Wholesaling, and long-term holds, tax liens, and tax deeds in Northwest Arkansas and Fort Smith, AR. I would like to get into the SFR market perhaps even the multi-family as I become more seasoned in the world of Real Estate Investing. I would like to find a network of people that could give me advice or tips&tricks to succeed in the NWA and River Valley area. Also tips on good contractors, lawyers, insurance agents, etc. Ultimately, I would love to expand my business in other states and build a prosperous portfolio to retire on and help anyone in my family that is in financial distress.

I am a go-getter, I strive to make my dreams a reality and consider myself very goal-oriented, discipline, hard-working, and receptive individual. I soak up new information like a sponge and I am not afraid to apply what I learned, I am also not afraid to talk to people or ask questions (no such thing as a dumb question anyways, so I have nothing to lose). I am a firm believer that "Readers are Leaders," so if anyone has any good recommendations on books to read I would love get your feedback. I have read: "Think and Grow Rich" by Napolean Hill, "How to Win Friends and Influence People," by Dale Carnegie, "Made in America" by Sam Walton, "American Sniper" by Chris Kyle, "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu and currently reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad," "The Snowball: Warren Buffet and The Business of Life" by Alice Shroeder. Thank you all at the BP community, I hope I get to do business with ALL of you in some way some day.

I agree 100%. It's all about "failing forward." Keep making progress and let's go get some deals done!
