Long story short credit karma credit scores are higher than standard lenders, its all about which formula to calculate credit scores the lender uses. apparently credit karma isnt even close, to most lenders as my mortgage consultant said they have witness swings as much as 100 points..

Realtors are in a unique position to witness the changes happening in both the residential and commercial real estate markets.

Truth is you can do a handshake contract with people with a witness and it is legal.

I do feel bad when I see a family struggling to make rent though, as that financial strain often manifests itself in substance abuse and violence, which is terrible to witness.
