ZE has almost a 60 P/E and RDFN doesn't make a dime... most tech crap is still overvalued (post this little "correction"). rdfn is the future of RE,imho. i use their site exclusively and try to avoid Z (other than rent checks).

I want to be organized and just use one system allowing me to do everything from A to Z.  

It maybe better to mention that "in States or Cities such X or situation X,Y,Z, a good rule of thumb is achieving the 2% ratio".
