Off Market Purchase - First time!

Closing on my first off market purchase today and have a question regarding personal property left in the house.  When the offer (verbal) was made I said they could remove or leave any items in the home and it appears that they chose to leave a lot of things.  

Unfortunately, the P&S agreement doesn't mention personal property - wondering if I need to have the estate sign something acknowledging anything left as of today goes with the house. Didn't want a relative coming to look for a table we threw out a month down the road...
