I guess I’m lucky that I don’t have to deal with an FBO - I only have to deal with the city.Here’s a funny experience: just today I was reading an article from Auburn, WA where they have an 84 person waiting list and the city is creating an opportunity to build more hangars.https://www.auburn-reporter.co...I think the US and Europe aviation markets are on an upward trajectory and with the UAM markets picking up steam, Airport Development is going to be lucrative.I’m just trying to get my first hangar project started so I can do more of them.

I read an article where on agent predicted nothing will change because all the settlement stops is mandatory buyer's fees, so all the selling agents will just convince sellers to still include them so that they get the most opportunity to sell their house.
