I am saying that for that $2K you spend on DMM barely getting a deal, that money would have gotten you 4 deals doing FB ads, PPC, and if you are wise like me.. you won't need to spend a CENT on leads if you focused on SEO instead of fighting with angry postcard receivers from your DMM campaign.And because my house purchases are so low, my profits are purty high ;)So keep doing what you are doing.

then get contact info for that person and add them to the database...and start doing the same with them.As a new agent I would say for the first year you should be adding 5-10 people a day to your database....send out 5-10 hand written notes or postcards to those people you talk to.Too many new agents are afraid to call, afraid to ask for business, so if you are that guy, then ask people you call things like....are there any vacant homes in your neighborhood?
