Hi Everyone, my name is Erron and I'm a couple months in to discovering the big beautiful world of the BPP (Bigger Pockets Podcast) community! Like many of you, I have a strong desire for financial freedom for me and my family. I have a plan to grow from just Wholesaling to eventually Multi-Family properties. I'm also in LA, which is a harder market to crack but I'm up for the challenge. Any advice to me just starting out? Thanks for all your contributions in advance!

@Erron Harris

I’ve read countless posts by various gurus about how to be successful as a wholesaler. And I can tell you that the only approach that has any chance of success is the SEO used by

@Jerryll Noorden . Otherwise, your just one of a million other guys sending postcards, dialing for dollars, SMS ing everyone on site, sending letters to abandoned homes etc. in other words all that other effort is just noise unless you spend $8,000 per month or more.
