I’m ready to take the plunge on another property that is coming up for auction but have 2 questions:1.

This all stems from a lack of understanding the stock market and the fairy dust people take fees to sell you that may sparkle at one time and look like rust (if there is even anything left) after things plunge.

I've been interested in real estate investing since college, but have always been too scared to actually take the plunge. 

She texted me to tell me the tub is draining slowly and they have tried to plunge it but couldn't fix it and she would like a plumber to be called.

I've recently decided to take the plunge and go full-time at being a Real Estate Salesperson and I'm wondering - does anyone out there have insight into the pros & cons of going by my first/last name vs going by my first/middle?

I saw the prices you mentioned, I live in NYC your “high” prices made me smile.I had similar issues at first and what made me take the plunge is having a good exit strategy.
