Hello! I bought my first investment property in 2017 with the help of you amazing folks. Thank you! I’m ready to take the plunge on another property that is coming up for auction but have 2 questions:

1. I paid for a report from NeighborWho and it says there are currently no liens. How accurate is that?
2. The auction date was announced 4 days ago and the next day a realtor put the house up on Zillow w/ the same Auction photos but posted a price of $179k. Is this just some shady realtor trying to get interest and then going to the auction and bidding?
