In the meantime, I'd figure out how much more down it would require to reduce the payment by $100 or offer to pay off a CC if you have a minimum payment of that much.

Condos gave me least headache, larger homes were in less affluent nhoods were most problematic with "potential" for best C/C return if you use govt programs BUT sometimes higher maint.

I told her to immediately call her CC company and also contact her State Attorney General's office.I have had voicemails in the past 3 or 4 weeks from people either a.) looking for rent to own properties in various states (I only invest in Columbus, Ohio) or b.) wanting to cancel their trial membership.This is the first person I have actually been able to get a hold of live so I was pretty bummed to find out some scammer was using me to run their scam.I just put a scam alert on my website and hope this will save some people the headaches a scammer can cause.The scammer phone number she called was 877-468-9238.
