I am super frustrated with them and spend hours talking to a person who barely speaks English and finally go back to the store.  

I would even so bold as to say the OP stands a better chance of finding a Canadian attorney and accountant with experience in the U.S.A. than the other way around (particularly where the OP is located in PQ which has a different legal system not rooted in English common law).

Obviously if those salary/tax statements are in a language other than English, prepare to jump through some hoops like certified translation (tip - do it online!)

He had a concise message in English with most of the strategies presented in this thread and the same message in Spanish!

I took the test because in my family, I speak the best English.

I fell like I have a slight advantage since I know the area and am fluent in English.

FYI, I am an Investor, not an English major. 

However, when the electrician got here, he spoke little English which complicated the troubleshooting process.

Its not in plain English, but it seems the requirement is a minimum of 120 feet for new build-able lots.
